Frank E. Flores
Frank is EXACTA’s Chief Digital Strategist + Chief Product Officer. He is a Digital native and a pioneer in formulating solutions that drive business growth in the evolving Digital landscape.
Since the early days of online commerce, Frank has led and managed teams of talented and experienced performance marketers, software architects, and advertising executives, to build, execute and optimize, omni-channel performance marketing campaigns for some of the nation’s largest mid-market and startup brands.
Frank is an expert in Digital Strategy, Digital Media Planning + Buying, Data + Analytics and Measurement, Technology and Marketing Automation and is a Managing Partner at EXACTA.
Through his leadership and his strong experience in technology enablement and multi-screen, cross-channel advertising he has been able to seamlessly and effectively execute traditional and digital media into actionable campaigns that significantly contribute to client growth helping EXACTA’s clients meet and exceed their expected KPI’s.
Over the years Frank has worked with his technical, marketing, and executive leadership teams to develop and integrate enterprise software tools that precisely measure omni-channel media performance in real-time, positioning the agency to the forefront of integrated media buying and planning.
He currently spearheads the continual development of EXACTA’s proprietary software tool DynamX and provides fundamental strategic direction to EXACTA’s clients that addresses current and emerging markets and customer demands for businesses cross-industry, from Finance and Education to Travel and Hospitality, Healthcare, Insurance, B2B, Tech and E-commerce.
Frank obtained his BA in Communications with an emphasis in “New Media Technologies” from San Diego State University and received his MBA from the University of Southern California (USC) – Marshall School of Business. Fight On!
When not working, Frank loves coaching his kid’s sports, golfing, family trips, rooting for the Dodgers, Lakers, and USC, along with suburban living with his family.
Managing Partner – EVP of Accounts
A truly effective account services professional not only understands the central roles of listening and asking the right questions, but how creative and media play integral parts in ensuring campaign success. Tammy has spent more than two decades honing this craft, guiding industry giants in Healthcare, Education, Finance, and Travel and Hospitality to success. Tammy is proactive in working with cross-functional teams in Digital, Traditional Media, and Tech.
As the EVP of Accounts, Tammy leads a client services team responsible for providing elevated client communications and strategic direction. She directs cross-functional collaboration, working closely with media, to develop innovative strategies that generate campaign success.
In addition, Tammy oversees research and analytics initiatives that set the groundwork for strategic planning. She develops comprehensive marketing plans that include overall strategy, budget and creative development, and ROI. She manages production and traffic teams along with creative direction.
Tammy also plays an integral role in the development of new client pitches and supports the ongoing development and customization of EXACTA’s proprietary technologies used to measure campaign success. She facilitates and manages the agency revenue and profitability while managing each clients’ budgets across all channels.
“Service is much more than being there when a client needs you,” explains Tammy. “It’s being proactive in planning and strategy and overturning every stone necessary to push campaign performance.” It’s this approach that is currently achieving outstanding results for EXACTA’s Clients.
Tammy obtained her BA in Film Studies from the University of California at Irvine.
When not working, Tammy enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs, enjoying a good book, going for a long hike, supporting her local Anaheim Angels team along with the LA Rams, and, of course, some retail therapy.
Managing Partner – EVP of Media
Media buying and planning is a science and an instrumental part of every successful campaign. With veteran media strategist, Jackie Post, at the helm of EXACTA’s omni-channel media services department, every marketing effort is on-target, cost-effective, and aligned perfectly with client objectives. Over the years, her keen sense of negotiation and her extensive advertising and marketing know-how in both digital and traditional formats have been key in the overall growth and success of our clients in Healthcare, Education, Finance, Travel and Hospitality, and e-Commerce.

When Jackie is not working, she enjoys spending time with her kids, practicing yoga, drinking wine and eating cheese, and being a Girl Scout troop leader.
